The supplied Tissue Embedding Station is required for making paraffin blocks of processed tissues for slide preparation and staining purpose. It is comprised of a paraffin reservoir with removable screen to prevent entry of dust and other foreign particles. Embedding unit present in this station has a heated work table with built-in forceps. It is a single module unit for moderate to heavy workloads in the preparation of wax tissue blocks. Tissue Embedding Station is used in a tissue preparation technique used when a technician needs to be able to cut very small samples of tissue with a device known as a microtome.
